Move the decision. Find what is breaking between teams. Build the leadership capacity to carry the work.

Start with the situation already consuming attention: a decision that will not settle, an operating problem no team owns, or a leadership load that keeps returning to the same person. Choose the smallest intervention that makes the next move credible.

Product & Engineering Working Session

A live decision is stuck.

Use this when a customer commitment, architecture call, vendor choice, or organization trade-off cannot move because nobody has made the outcome, evidence, trade-offs, and decision owner explicit. Put the next move on solid ground.

Product Engineering Operating Diagnostic

The problem keeps crossing team boundaries.

Use this when priorities, technical risk, delivery, capacity, and ownership keep colliding. Each team can explain its local problem, but no one can see the governing constraint. Build the shared evidence needed to choose a focused intervention.

03

Operating Partner

The business needs senior leadership capacity while its own leaders grow.

Use this when you are still connecting customer commitments, priorities, engineering reality, and delivery risk yourself—or when the leader who did has gone. I work with your leaders on live work, install only what reduces the bottleneck, and make the next ownership handoff explicit.

Discuss the leadership mandate

The operating model helps locate the constraint and choose a tool. It is not a maturity score or a public dashboard.

Engagement shape

The right form depends on the mandate—not on filling a seat.

An Operating Partner mandate may be fractional or interim when you need defined senior capacity alongside your existing leadership. A full-time leadership role is worth discussing only when the need is durable, the mandate has clear places to create leverage, and the opportunity has meaningful upside for both of us. This is not a warm-body placement or outsourced accountability.

Delivery model Remote by default. In-person work is available when it materially improves the result; scope and travel are agreed in advance.

Engagement principle

“The work should leave your team more capable, not more dependent.”
