How I work

Keep the work moving without turning one person into the operating system.

Start with a live pressure point. Make the outcome, trade-offs, risk, and owner clear. Add only the mechanisms that help the organization carry the work without creating a parallel process.

Clear choiceOwned execution

“A credible decision makes the next move visible.”

01

Frame

Name what is at stake, the relevant time horizon, the evidence available, the constraints, and the person who owns the next move.

02

Map

Find the few places where the work is still depending on one person, unclear authority, or a risk the team cannot yet carry.

03

Select

Choose the smallest useful intervention instead of installing a generic process program.

04

Install

Put the cadence, ownership, and evidence loop into the team’s existing tools and normal conversations.

05

Transfer

Coach the internal owner while the team learns to run and adapt the practice itself.

06

Review

Use changed evidence to continue, intervene, invest, pause, simplify, or retire the work.

What this protects

Leaders get enough visibility to steer. Teams get enough clarity to act.
